- A structured training plan along with a sustainable & realistic Food Plan Guide & recipes will be issued to you upon purchase. Vegan, Vegetarian & GF options also available.  Personalised daily calories are calculated to suit your goals and I will be overviewing your daily meal entries along with training and providing feedback during my weekly video feedback to you.

We will also have a monthly video call to chat, address any concerns and assess the previous four weeks progress.

- You'll access your training plan through my app where all exercises are accompanied with instructions & demo videos to ensure you're performing the exercises correctly.

- Weekly reviews will be conducted to assess change in body composition & training progress allowing us to make any adjustments if required.
