About
*Must be 6 weeks post vaginal delivery or 10-12 weeks post C-section with clearance to return to exercise preferably from a Women's Health Physio*
-Tailored Training Plan - Choose from Gym or Home comprising of 2 workouts per week along with - 1 x Zoom Class per week (pre-recorded). Workout guidance will be given with all workouts.
- Nutritional Guidance & Food Plan Guide with Tailored Daily Targets
- Weekly check in & support given via video
- Core Strengthening Guide
-Return to Impact Assessment Return to exercise safely with my tailored postnatal plan.
This plan focuses on breath work, regaining strength & fitness, improving mobility & strengthening pelvic floor & core.
A structured training plan along with a sustainable & realistic food plan guide will be issued to you upon purchase.
Vegetarian, Vegan & GF option available. Personalised daily targets are also given (if breastfeeding this will be taken in to consideration to ensure safe and suitable daily targets are given).
You'll access your training plan through my app where all exercises are accompanied with instructions & demo videos to ensure you're performing the exercises correctly. I will also have access to your daily meal entries to offer ultimate accountability.
A weekly review of nutrition and training will be conducted each week and give via video feedback to ensure accountability & steady progress.
Your Training Plan will updated after 4 Weeks following the completion of my return to impact assessment.
N.B All programs are non refundable but can be transferred to a different start date if required.
