Tailored 4 Week Training & Nutrition Exercise safely & efficiently during your pregnancy with my tailored Pregnancy Strength Plan.
My pregnancy strength plan includes:
- 4 Week Training Plan
- Recipe book.
- 4 (1 per week) Pre-recorded Pregnancy Strength Zoom Classes.
Your training plan can be home or gym based depending on preference and will be delivered via my app where all exercises are accompanied with clear instructions and a demo video to ensure you are performing the exercises correctly.
You’ll receive 30 recipes for breakfasts, sides and small dishes, main courses and desserts. All macro counted and featuring MyFitnessPal barcodes on each recipe.
You'll also have access to 1 Weekly Pre-recorded Pregnancy Strength Zoom Class.
