I am an Online Fitness & Nutritional Coach based in Kilkenny and the owner of Dee Murphy Coaching. I’m a qualified Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor, Pre & Postnatal Exercise Specialist (PCES), Level 1 S&C Coach, Precision Nutrition Level 1 Coach and Advanced Sports & Exercise Nutritional Adviser and last but not least my most important role - the role of mammy to my two boys Luca & Jonah.
